My blog primarily focuses on beauty, so I talk a lot about makeup, skincare, new products, and the like. There’s another aspect of beauty though – “inner beauty” – and I don’t feel like it gets talked about quite as much as it should. You can wear the most expensive makeup and the prettiest clothes, but you still won’t be as beautiful if your personality is horrible. Taking the time to work on your inner beauty is super important, it’s actually quite easy to do every day.

20 ways to work on your inner beauty

  1. Smile more
  2. Keep a gratitude journal
  3. Give at least one compliment to someone every day
  4. Use your words to spread love and kindness
  5. Don’t gossip
  6. Dedicate time to helping others
  7. Look for the positive in every situation

  10. Release yourself from any boundaries you have subconsciously placed on yourself
